WUAUCLT VERY ANNOYING!!
WUAUCLT is Window Update Automatic Client!
This the solution Remove it
Go to run (window + R) and copy paste this C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools and select Service and then select Automatic Update and STOP this Process, and Right click on Automatic update Disable it. That's easy right?! Hope this helps you guys :)
